Dove Cottage was the original farm
stone cottage, now restored to create a very cosy atmosphere.
Entrance is via a porch, ideal for storing all those muddy wellies
and sandy buckets and spades. This
opens into an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room complete
with inglenook fireplace with its original bread oven and a
woodburning stove. (The first supply of logs is free and more are available at cost.)
The TV has freeview included. A door leads into a newly built
conservatory which is private and south facing, which in turn opens onto a private
patio and lawned area with lovely views over the surrounding countryside.
For full details of what is included in the cottage please go to Our
Cottages.
Upstairs,
you’ll find a large double bedroom and a twin bedded bedroom plus a bathroom
with a power shower over the bath.
